A BRITISH PATTERN 1879 SAW-BACK BAYONET FOR THE MARTINI HENRY ARTILLERY CARBINE,
circa 1885, with straight spear-point 25 3/4in. blade, blind fullers to both sides of blade, saw-backed for half its length, plain iron 'D' shaped knuckle-bow and integral cross-guard with muzzle-ring, composite chequered grips and complete with its steel-mounted leather scabbard
