circa 1845, with individual turn-off round damascus 2 1/2in. barrels (frozen), muzzles cut for key (missing), scroll-engraved rounded boxlock action with double-action only ring trigger and under-hammer, smooth bag-shaped walnut grips, scroll engraved iron back-strap, the front-strap marked 'MARIETTE BREVETE' (faint)
