circa 1860, with octagonal 5 1/2in. barrel, dove-tailed blade fore-sight, borderline engraved top-strap, plain cylinder, borderline engraved frame marked 'LONDON' together with the serial number on the right hand side, spurred hammer, semi saw-back chequered walnut grips, iron grip-straps with integral pommel, attached articulated rammer mounted to left hand side of barrel, traces of finish in sheltered areas, some screws replaced
