A SCARCE BOXED .22 UNDERLEVER SPRING-PISTON AIR-RIFLE, MODEL 'HR81', serial no. 3158,
circa 1983, with blued 22in. barrel including built-on anodised 'Gallwey' sound-moderator (foresight removed), adjustable rear-sight, the breech block marked with the maker, model details and calibre on the right hand side of breech-block and 'PAT PENDING REGISTERED DESIGN' on the left, blued air-chamber surmounted with a full-length bolt-action receiver railed for a telescopic sight, ambidextrous beech half-stock with pressed chequering to the pistol-grip, ventilated rubber recoil-pad, black crackle finish to the trigger-guard and blued underlever (some loss to finish on lever) COMPLETE WITH an unsigned 3-9x40 telescopic sight, two-piece mounts and its makers original card carton depicting the rifle together with the Sterling Armaments revolver, submachine gun and assault rifle (end-flap gone)
