27 5/8in. (70cm) nitro barrels with concave matted rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, treble-grip action, side-clipped fences, toplever engraved 'HELICOBLOC. VERCAR', automatic safety with gold-highlighted 'S' detail, fine border and acanthus scroll engraving, the fences deeply carved with leaf and berry motifs, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. figured stock with diamond grip, stepped drop points and with beaded bordering to the chequering, very minor crack near tang, 5/8in. ebonite extension, weight 6lb. 11oz.
