30in. nitro reproved barrels, slightly sunken ribs engraved 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98. NEW BOND STREET. LONDON.' and gold-inlaid '1' and '2' surrounded by flashes of acanthus scrollwork at the breech ends, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke (both), scallop shell engraved fences, the toplevers gold-inlaid '1' and '2', manual safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, fine beaded border and bold acanthus scroll engraving, 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND' engraved and contained within elaborate cartouches, the undersides with 'ROYAL HAMMERLESS EJECTOR' engraved in similar cartouches, retaining much colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. figured (probable) replacement stocks including buttplates, weight 6lb. 8oz. (both), in their makers brass-cornered oak and leather double guncase with a spare fore-end wood
