** CARL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN
A GERMAN PATTERN 1933 PATTERN SA DOUBLE-MARKED DRESS-DAGGER,
dated for 1938, with double edged 8 3/4in. blade etched with the motto 'ALLES FUR DEUTSCHLAND' (everything for Germany), makers and RZM mark to the reverse, brown wooden grip inlaid with an eagle and swastika and the 'SA' roundel to top of hilt, solid nickel fittings with area stamp 'No' (Nordsee) TOGETHER WITH its original brown anodised metal scabbard with nickel chape and throat, complete with leather hanger (good order with some scratching to scabbard anodising)(1515)
Other Notes: Double stamped blades when encountered are usually indicative of a special purchase item produced after 1935. They often feature the earlier style solid nickel fittings
