Indo-Pakistani, circa 1840, with false damascened tapering round 50in. barrel, swamped moulded muzzle with strongly flared mouth, 'corn-ear' fore-sight, conical breech with carved band and raised winged rear-sight, priming pan with manual hinged cover, concealed serpentine match-holder with carved hatchet trigger, lozenge-shaped block behind the breech covered in darkly stained horn panels banded with ivory, shaped polished teak full-stock, the 'Sind' influenced butt with horn butt-cap and copper heel-plate, coppered sideplates with engraved dome-headed rivets, chained pricker, four white-metal wire barrel-bands, iron sling-swivels and iron ramrod with faceted tip
