A SCARCE .177 BREAK-BARREL SPRING-PISTON AIR-RIFLE, MODEL '35 FIRST SERIES', no visible serial number,
circa 1925, with blued, sighted 19in. barrel, plain blued air-chamber stamped with the Diana trade-mark above 'MOD 35, MADE IN GERMANY' (the word 'Germany' defaced), smooth trigger housing, beech half-stock with smooth semi-pistol grip (small crack at toe), iron heel-plate, finger-grooves to fore-end, the whole retaining a strong amount of original finish with light wear to air-chamber
