circa 1870, with slightly curved wide-fullered 33 1/2in. blade decorated for the first third with gilded arabesques, acanthus leaves and trophies, nickel plated half basket hilt with pierced honeysuckle design, black wire-bound sharkskin grip, nickel back-strap and COMPLETE WITH its nickel-plated iron scabbard with fixed suspension ring
