A CONTINENTAL INFANTRY OFFICERS SWORD,
circa 1890, with slightly curved, plated 30 1/2in. blade etched for the first half with scrolls and arabesques, cast brass hilt with two langets, oak-leaf decorated 'P' shaped guard, lions-head drooping quillion, wire-bound sharkskin grip, carved back-strap and lions-head pommel COMPLETE WITH its polished steel scabbard
