circa 1863, with 3 3/4in. octagonal barrel stamped with the calibre and 'W.T.' over '2', engraved band at muzzle, crescent blade fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, plain cylinder, borderline engraved solid frame, polished spurred hammer, polished trigger-blade, walnut chequered one-piece grip, iron grip-cap and trigger-guard bow, polished full length under-barrel ejector-rod, the whole with older refinish
