circa 1855, with blued round 3 7/8in. barrel, wedge fore-sight, octagonal breech-section engraved with geometric designs, scroll engraved plain blued cylinder, scroll engraved open iron frame with engraved geometric borders, finely chequered flared ebony grips, lanyard ring to heel and plunge ejector rod, much original finish and colour throughout
