circa 1800, with triple-staged and banded cannon muzzled 14in. brass barrel, the top-flat at breech signed 'No45 CORN HILL LONDON', replacement plain top-tang, private proofs, bevel-edged stepped tail lockplate signed 'P. BOND', sliding safe behind the hammer, roller-bearing to the frizzen-spring, walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist, brass furniture including heel-plate with engraved top-spur, trigger-guard tang with pillared bow, winged side-nail cups, iron auxilliary trigger to the finial releaseing the triangular cross-section sprung bayonet, brass fore-end cap and original iron mounted mahogany side mounted ramrod with worm end (woodwork with expert inlet repairs to fore-end)
