the first a Thornhill 1884 patent shooting knife of white metal construction marked 'THORNHILL'S NEW SHOOTING KNIFE' and the bell logo of Brookes & Crookes, the folding blade marked Thos. Turner & Co., button hook and champagne wire cutter marked 'THORNHILL & CO, NEW BOND ST.', with extractors for 12 and 16-bore, the remaining three of continental manufacture, with stag horn grips, one marked 'CD', one marked 'PUMA' and one marked 'M. CUTTING'
