A 12-BORE 1913 PATENT DOUBLE-TRIGGER OVER AND UNDER SIDELOCK EJECTOR, serial no. 6707,
28in. sleeved nitro barrels with raised solid matt top-rib, gold-inlaid '1' at the breech end, side-ribs, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, C.L Woodward, W.P. Evershed and C. Hill patent action, patent no. 4986 of 27th February 1913, hold-open toplever gold-inlaid '1', carved fences with slight side-bolsters, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, best fine floral bouquet and acanthus scroll engraving, the underside with 'WOODWARD'S PATENT UNDER & OVER' in a floral cartouche, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening, 16in. boldly-figured replacement stock including 1in. rubber recoil pad, weight 7lb. 7oz.
