circa 1800, with round tapering cannon-muzzled 8in. brass barrel, traces of open scroll engraving and signed 'WILSON LONDON' at breech, makers mark and London proofs, engraved iron top-tang, slightly curved bevel edged step-tail iron lockplate signed 'DUNDERDALE & WILSON', roller-bearing to the frizzen-spring, walnut full-stock with smooth bag-shaped butt, iron trigger-guard bow and pineapple finial, iron side-nail cups and ramrod thimbles, brass mounted mahogany ramrod (barrel heavily polished with some loss to detail)
