AN ART DECO MARCASITE AND BLACK ENAMEL INLAID STERLING SILVER CARD CASE,
with London import hallmarks for 1929 and a makers mark for H. C. Freeman, finely chequered finish, the black enamelled lid with finely chased border, the top left corner inset with marcasites in a stylised circle and ribbon motif, gilt finish interior inscribed 'Lance from Jerry xmas 1929' in script, measuring 3 1/8in. x 2in. by 7/16in.
