LIVERPOOL.' and with a flash of scroll engraving at the breech end, the tubes engraved with a band of hastate motifs at the breech, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke, treble-grip action, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, border and acanthus scroll engraving, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 3/4in. figured semi-pistolgrip stock including 5/8in. rubber recoil pad, bolstered fore-end, weight 6lb., in its brass-cornered leather case
