A 12-BORE BOXLOCK NON-EJECTOR TRY-GUN, serial no. 23926 / 3571,
30in. nitro reproved (in 2014) bold damascus barrels, rib engraved 'AKRILL BEVERLEY TRY GUN', loop numbered 23926, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 3/4 choke, treble-grip action, no safety catch, action with border engraving and 'AKRILL BEVERLEY TRY GUN' in bold italics, retaining some original colour-hardening and finish, stock numbered 3571 and fully articulated at the hand, comb and butt (comb chipped), weight 7lb. 8oz.
