A 7.65mm (PARA) SEMI-AUTOMATIC SERVICE PISTOL, MODEL '1906/24 SWISS LUGER', serial no. 28369,
for 1929, with blued tapering 4 3/4in. barrel, dove-tailed blade fore-sight, fixed notch rear-sight to rear of toggle, stamped with a Swiss cross within a star at breech and marked with the DWM monogram on top of toggle, blued receiver and frame, chequered walnut grips with plain border, grip-safety, no stock-board lug, all matching numbers except un-numbered '1900' pattern magazine, some small areas of pitting
Other Notes: Officially DWM ceased production of the Swiss 1906 Luger in 1914 at serial number 15215 when the production was taken on by Waffenfabrik Bern. This pistol conforms to the specification of an '06' but has the serial number from an '06/24'
