30in. nitro reproved bold damascus barrels, rib engraved 'COGSWELL & HARRISON 223 & 224 STRAND LONDON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both, right wall thickness at 19, carved percussion fences, rebounding sidelocks with high spurred hammers, fine acanthus scroll engraving with feathered and beaded borders, retaining very slight traces of colour-hardening, 14 5/8in. figured stock including buttplate, weight 6lb. 14oz.
