A BOXED 7.65mm (.32ACP) SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL MODEL 'ORTGIES PATENT, serial no. 253197,
circa 1930, with 3 1/4in. barrel, blued slide signed 'DEUTSCHE WERKE WERK ERFURT' with a central 'D' trademark on the left and 'ORTGIES PATENT' on the right, blued frame the underside at front with serial number and 'GERMANY', smooth walnut grips with inlet 'D' trademark medallions, correct nickel-plated magazine with trademark and calibre stamped to base-plate, the whole appearing little-used TOGETHER WITH its manufacturers card carton and original handbook (box scuffed)
