A RARE CASED WORLD WAR TWO 2.5X10 TELESCOPIC SIGHT FOR A JAPANESE 6.5mm ARISAKA RIFLE, serial no. 7818,
circa 1939-40, with black enamelled reverse tapering 7in. body, swollen ocular lens housing with knurled adjustment ring (rubber eye-cup absent), integral vertical plate mount with dovetail to the reverse (locking lever missing), ranged graticule, much original finish throughout TOGETHER WITH its canvas covered wood storage case with buckle-down lid and provision for shoulder-strap (removed)
