circa 1870, with 7in. clip-point blade, false edged for the last 4 3/4in., brass bolsters with tramline decoration, inlet bone scales with foliate decoration surrounding a central prowling lion, the background stained dark, nickel-silver three-lobed tail to the knife with tramline decoration and full-length back-spring with ring-pull assist
