Provenance: Kenneth H. Ward was Head Keeper at Ragley Hall from 1967 - 1994. This gun was presented to him upon his retirement at the age of 65. It was completed for him from a barrelled action in the white (dating back to the 1930's) which had lain unfinished in the workshops of W.W.Greener until this project was formulated. Malcolm Croxton completed the stocking, engraving and finishing work and the current vendor had the gun converted to ejector by Dickson & MacNaughton after he acquired it in 2010.
