circa 1810, with 1 5/8in. turn-off barrels (one frozen), decorative engraved band to muzzles, squared boxlock trophy engraved actions signed 'THOMSON' on the left and 'EDINBURGH' on the right, central hammers (one missing top-jaw screw but jaw present), rainproof pans, sliding safes to the top-tangs, slab-sided walnut butts with silver oval escutcheons and concealed automatic triggers, both with some dark staining
