circa 1890, with 4in. barrel, crescent fore-sight, coin-release fluted cylinder with narrow locking notches, break-open frame with automatic ejection, chequered hard rubber birds-head grips (one chipped at heel), the backstrap stamped 'C.P. 22 485' (crossed out), the front-strap with 'C' broad arrow 'G', lanyard ring to heel, original much faded finish but retaining good 'two-tone' effect to frame
