A BOXED .177 BARREL-COCKING SPRING-PISTON AIR-PISTOL, MODEL 'MKI SENIOR', serial no. S4758,
circa 1933, with 7 1/4in. rifled barrel, adjustable rear-sight blade, blued air-chamber with various world patents and 'THE WEBLEY SENIOR, MADE IN ENGLAND' the reverse with the pre-war Birmingham address, three-pin trigger-unit and chequered black bakelite straight grips embossed with 'W&S', the pistol in good condition with some light rubbing to high-spots; TOGETHER WITH its original card carton with instruction label to inside of lid, an empty grey card carton of 'THE WEBLEY SENIOR AIR PISTOL SPECIAL WEBLEY PELLETS .177' and remnants of the original grease-proof wrapping, the outside of carton with pale blue label on grey paper depicting the pistol without a trigger adjustment screw, some staining and scuffs, one end of the lower tray split
