circa 1835, possibly converted from flintlock, with browned 31in. barrels, the top-rib with gilded script signature 'MOORE CHOLSEY', carved fences to the nipples, border and scroll engraved locks signed 'MARR' (one hammer replaced), walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist, iron furniture including large trigger-guard bow and brass tipped wood ramrod
