28in. nitro reproved barrels (loose on action), tubes re-engraved with the makers details, matted rib with later engraving, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. full choke in both, right wall thickness at 19 and some denting, ring bulges at both chokes, treble-grip action with hidden third bite, manual safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, hand-detachable lockplates, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, border engraving and makers details entirely re-engraved by another, the underside marked 'HOLLAND'S EJJEKTOR' (sic), retaining traces of reblued finish, 14 7/8in. replacement stock with sling swivels and including 1in. ventilated rubber recoil pad, weight 7lb. 2oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that the gun was completed on April 5th 1913 for 'Sosnowski' to pair with 26943
