A SCARCE CASED .32(ACP) SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET-PISTOL, MODEL 'COLT'S 1903 HAMMERLESS', serial no. 176816,
for 1915, with 3 3/4in. barrel, blued slide with fixed crescent fore-sight and dove-tailed notch rear-sight, the left side of slide with patent dates to 1903 together with the makers address details, the left hand side marked 'COLT AUTOMATIC' over 'CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS', blued frame, grip-safety, chequered hard-rubber grips embossed with the 'Colt' name and trademark, complete with original two-tone magazine; TOGETHER WITH its original Colt London retailed leather case, compartmented and lined in red baize, the inside of lid with pasted Colt trade-label with the '15A PALL MALL' address and containing a cleaning rod, brush and oil-bottle (exterior case handle detached, missing key).
