A .22 UNDER-LEVER COCKING AIR-RIFLE, MODEL AIRSPORTER 'MKI TRANSITIONAL' serial no. GC1097,
only manufactured 1958-59, with 18in. barrel, hooded ramp fore-sight, adjustable rear-sight, plain air-chamber etched with maker and model details, drilled and tapped for a period telescopic sight, black enamelled trigger-housing (re-painted) and walnut three-piece half-stock, much original blued finish
Other Notes: Less than 3000 rifles were produced with this serial number prefix.
