A 20-BORE FLINTLOCK BOXLOCK PISTOL, no visible serial number,
circa 1780, with re-blued turn-off 5 1/2in. barrel, London proofs, squared border and trophy engraved central hammer boxlock action signed in an oval on the left hand side 'COLLIS' and the right 'OXFORD' (frizzen replaced), slab-sided walnut butt and iron trigger-guard bow sliding safe.
