30in. nitro reproved barrel, hexagonal breech section engraved 'CHARLES LANCASTER', 2 3/4in. chamber, bored approx. full choke, carved percussion fence, rebounding back action lock signed 'CHARLES LANCASTER' and with border and acanthus scroll engraving, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening, 13 1/8in. figured stock, fore-end with horn finial, weight 5lb. 1oz.
