A RARE .177 LEFT-HANDED PRE-CHARGED PNEUMATIC SINGLE-SHOT AIR-RIFLE, MODEL 'G.C.2', serial no. 025L,
for 1987, with blued 24 1/2in. barrel including muzzle-break, anodised receiver with polished controls, blued full-length air reservoir, chequered walnut left-hand thumb-hole stock, complete with a basket-weave leather sling, a LEUPOLD 4-12x40 PA telescopic sight with spirit-level mounts and a home produced wooden carry case with papers and some spares
Other Notes: The G.C.2 was designed by Gerald Cardew and John Ford and paved the way for the phenomena that is the modern Pre Charged air-rifle. Only ever produced in small numbers, it was always considered to be the 'Rolls-Royce' of air-rifles, and has held all the major field target championship titles. This rifle has been fully serviced by the factory in March of this year
