26 1/2in. nitro chopperlump barrels, the tubes engraved 'J. PURDEY & SONS. AUDLEY HOUSE. SOUTH AUDLEY STREET. LONDON. ENGLAND.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke (both), self-opening actions, removable striker discs, automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, cocking-indicators, fine border, bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining some original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/4in. figured stocks including 3/4in. leather-covered rubber recoil pads, weight 6lb. 6oz. (both), in a brass-cornered leather double guncase
Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that the guns were completed with 26 1/2in. barrels in March 1968 for Armeria S.C.A.M.
