A SCARCE .177 BARREL-COCKING AIR-PISTOL, MODEL 'PRE-WAR STRAIGHT-GRIP SENIOR', serial no. S1802,
circa 1931, with sighted rifled 7in. barrel, blued stepped air-chamber marked with five lines of patents on the left hand side together with the model designation, Birmingham address and six lines of patents on the right, four pin trigger-group with no provision for trigger adjustment, chequered hard rubber grips embossed with the 'WS' monogram, the whole re-blued with some loss to detail
