circa 1952, with sighted rifled 6 1/2in. barrel, blued stepped air-chamber marked 'WEBLEY PATENTS', model designation and the Birmingham '4' address, three pin trigger-group, chequered brown bakelite grips, the whole retaining virtually all its factory blue finish; COMPLETE WITH its fine condition post-war black leatherette case, the interior lined in green baize, the inside of lid with a printed black and gold trade-label stating 'WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD, ESTABLISHED 1790, PREMIER WORKS, BIRMINGHAM, GRAND PRIX DU CASINO A MONTE CARLO-FIVE YEARS', the case containing compartments for a Webley oil tin (present) and a pale green rectangular pellet-tin for 'WEBLEY SPECIAL PELLETS' (empty), the outer with double non-locking clasps
