27 1/2in. nitro barrels, the tubes engraved 'AUG. LEBEAU-COURALLY. ARMES DE GRAND LUXE A LIEGE.', and the ribs gold-inlaid '1' and '2' at the breech ends, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke (both), treble-grip actions with hidden third bites, toplevers gold-inlaid '1' and '2', rounded bars, manual safeties with gold-inlaid 'S' details, articulated front triggers, actions, lockplates and furniture fully engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork interspersed with ribbons and floral motifs, the undersides signed 'R. SMEETS Grar. Inr. S.M. Le Roi', brushed bright finish, 15in. highly-figured stocks including 1in. leather-covered rubber recoil pad, weight 6lb. 13oz. (No.1) 6lb. 12oz. (No.2), in a canvas and leather double motorcase
