A GOOD FOLDING BUSH-KNIFE WITH IVORY HILT SIGNED 'GILSON A' AUVERS',
circa 1885, with polished semi-bolo shaped 10in. drop-point blade false edged for the last 2 1/4in. and signed 'GILSON' over 'A' AUVERS' on the left hand side, polished steel 11in. hilt with side release trigger concealed behind the guard and locking device in nose (action slightly loose), two-piece heart-shaped cross-guard with integral iron knuckle-bow joining to the pommel, smooth ivory side-scales, the whole with much finish and measuring 21in. open
