probably produced for export circa 1845, with 39in. barrel, boat-shaped fore-sight, no provision for rear-sight, borderline engraved lock signed 'TOWER', with a Victorian type crown stamped to tail, walnut full-stock (refreshed) with shallow raised cheek-piece, the right hand side of butt stamped within an oval 'COOPER & GOODMAN MAKERS BIRM.M', brass furniture, stirrup swivels, replacement ramrod
