A FRENCH STYLE HUNTING HANGER SIGNED 'COULAUX FRERES',
early 19th century, with 19 1/2in. double-edged fullered spear-point blade with prominent medial ridge signed 'COULAUX FRERES / KLINGENTHAL', iron guard decorated with a boar's head trophy in low relief on the block and with short quillons each with dog's head finial, slightly swelled grooved horn grip, and iron-mounted black leather scabbard (some pitting and surface corrosion to blade).
