A FRENCH HUNTING HANGER WITH BLUE & GILT BLADE,
first half of the 19th century, with 24 3/4in. single-edged spear-point fullered blade etched with gilt trophies against a blued ground, brass hilt with small downturned guard and short faceted quillons, tapering faceted hardwood grip set with brass plaques (one missing), in original brass-mounted scabbard.
