A FRENCH 'ST. HUBERT' HUNTING HANGER,
dated '1888', with 15 3/4in. double-edged spear-point fullered blade, brass guard with downcurved quillons engraved 'STE. DE ST. HUBERT / 1888 / PHILIPPEVILLE', fluted swelling dark horn grip, brass pommel, in brass-mounted leather scabbard (scabbard leather split and broken through at tip).
