Francotte trademark nitro reproved barrels (in 2015) with 4mm solid raised matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and imp. cyl. choke, three-piece fore-end (some damage to side-fillets around screw heads), toplever spring at fault, manual safety, hand-detachable lockplates, articulated front trigger, rolled-edge triggerguard, bold floral and acanthus scroll engraving with beaded and feather bordering, the left lockplate with banners inscribed 'ARMER AVANT DE MONTAGE', bright finish, 13 3/4in. stock including wooden buttplate, weight 6lb. 8oz.
