for 1863, with two-stage 6in. barrel 'in the white', the top signed 'E. LEFAUCHEUX BRTE. S.G.D.G. PARIS', Swedish proofs at breech, plain cylinder with external stops, open frame with side loading gate and plunge ejector, smooth walnut grips, lanyard ring to heel and guarded trigger
Other Notes: 1955 of these revolvers were delivered to Sweden in 1863. It is believed only 20 pieces were issued for evaluation, the majority of the remainder being converted into centre-fire in 1879
