dated for 1876, with two-stage 4 3/8in. barrel, stepped plain cylinder, solid frame with hinged loading gate, field-strippable sideplate, chequered walnut grips with lanyard ring at heel, guarded trigger, 'in the white' finish with 'straw' coloured ancillaries, the whole in good condition
