converted from flintlock in 1844, with 41 1/2in. barrel brushed bright, applied brass fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight to the front of the top-tang, cyrillic signed lock dated 1840 with remenants of the brass pan, walnut three-quarter stock with raised cheek-piece and brass furniture, two brass barrel-bands and brass twin-band nose-cap, complete with iron ramrod
