36 5/8in. black powder only twist barrel with short sight flat, barrel signed in gothic script (worn), Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fence with arcaded standing breech, rebounding back action lock with naive game scene of wildfowl, skeletal steel pistolgrip, 14 3/8in. stock including steel buttplate, fore-end marked with Anson push rod release patent details, weight 8lb. 15oz.
